简称：保函 或 Bond
保函不同于其他常规险种，它提供的是一个涉及三方的风险转移机制。言以蔽之，保函是一种由
担保人向债权人（顾客或业主）为债务人（承包商）担保的三方合约, 类似于银行担保。 对一些新的
业务来说，作为担保的一方，首先要为承包商建立保函授信额度，因此必须对承包商的资信进行
审核/尽职调查(Due Diligence)。
一．Financial and Technical Solidity
财务和技术实力
1. Company Introduction, including organization chart.
贵公司之母公司（或贵公司）的营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证复印件，公司介绍及公
司产权结构。
2. Three years of audited consolidated Financial Statements, along with auditor’s notes,
from the ultimate parent company, highlighting the company activities, statement of
strategy and outlook.
贵公司之母公司（或贵公司）过去连续三年的、经过审计的年度财务报告及附注。
3. History/background: highlighting your construction/contracting experience and activity
by stating largest contracts performed for the past three years with breakdown on
contract value, duration, nature of project and location.
贵公司之母公司（或贵公司）近三年已完工的主要项目，请注明项目名称、性质、地点、金额、
业主、起始和终止的日期。
4. Current Work-on-Hand report.
贵公司之母公司（或贵公司）在建工程一览表，请注明项目名称、性质、地点、金额、业主、起
始和终止的日期。
5. Banking facilities: details in respect of current banking relationships and related facilities,
provided with % of utilization and any covenants etc.
银行往来情况：银行提供的授信额度、已使用的额度及其他信用情况。
6. The willingness to sign our general Corporate Indemnity Agreement.
贵公司之母公司（或贵公司）同意签署我司提供的“双方赔偿协议书”。
